KURAK GÜNLER
'Kurak Günler' (translated as 'Burning Days') is a 2022 Turkish drama film directed by Emin Alper. The film features performances by Selahattin Paşalı as Emre and Ekin Koç as Murat, a local journalist. It premiered in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival and was a nominee for the Queer Palm. At the 59th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, 'Kurak Günler' garnered nine awards, including Best Director for Alper and Best Actor for Paşalı.
